A fix for some of the tracking problems

So, some of you are having tracking problems when importing the background as an mov. I talked with Brian Nye and worked on it a bit tonight and it looks like there is a frame offset issue with the mov files when compared to importing in a JPG sequence. Here is a good tutorial showing how to load in the jpg sequence. I verified his method and it works much better than using the .mov files.
